Illustrative modular site office in an organised UK construction setting

ALDERVYN Site

Operational space, selected around the job.

Modular offices, welfare, sanitation, changing and accommodation solutions specified around people, duty and duration.

Current model reference

FPC 023 flat-pack shell

An MBS product reference for compact office, induction or controlled-access briefs. The hero demonstrates an operational setting; the exact MBS gallery and its simple supplier-presented door and window arrangement are shown on the model page.

Door and opening boundary: ALDERVYN will not assume the supplier-presented opening set is suitable for security, fire escape, accessibility or intensive site duty. Door, glazing, ironmongery and escape hardware are specified for the actual use.

Required configuration choices

Every layer and opening must be scheduled.

Structure & envelope

Frame grade, corrosion protection, panel build-up, insulation, junctions and verified structural, fire and thermal performance are selected for the site and use.

Openings & security

Door duty, locks, glazing, escape hardware, thresholds, weathering and accessibility are written into the project schedule.

Floor & finishes

Floor loading, slip resistance, cleanability, internal lining, ceiling and service penetrations are confirmed before order.

Evidence boundary: the FPC 023 public page does not prove a UK-ready build-up. The signed quotation and technical pack must identify every material, thickness, opening and service.

Site product families

Separate products for separate duties.

A portable bathroom and toilet reference with WC, basin, shower, fan, light and pipework options subject to the final UK service schedule.

Guard / kioskProject specified

G 017

Compound buildingProject specified

T house

A portable-cabin system for dormitory, office or store briefs where speed, repeatability and compound planning are priorities.

Welfare specification: urinals, accessible toilets, wash stations, canteens and changing/drying rooms are treated as distinct products. Occupancy, water, waste, cleaning, ventilation, accessibility and servicing are confirmed before quotation.

Customer-facing space

Modular buildings beyond the construction compound.

EC038 clad suite

A wood-effect clad, glazed-front reference with potential for a car sales office, housing-estate marketing suite or customer reception.

EC039 glazed suite

A highly glazed reference for reception, sales or service environments. Exact structure, glazing, access, services and dimensions are confirmed against a model-specific quotation.

Honest presentation

Context imagery can show the potential of a genuine reference model, but it will never alter the building geometry or imply an unconfirmed inclusion.

Supplier-page caution: EC038 and EC039 currently display the same generic expandable-house specification beneath different model images. ALDERVYN will not attribute that table to either pictured unit without model-specific confirmation.

Function

Start with occupancy

Numbers, shifts, activities, sanitary needs and duration establish the real accommodation schedule.

Deployment

Plan the movement

Transport, lifting, foundations, connections, exclusion zones and future relocation all affect the system.

Duty

Verify the standard

Fire, electrical, thermal, ventilation, structural and welfare requirements must match the actual use.

Specification principle

Proof-led enough for the site team.

Clear specifications, configuration logic, lead time, lifecycle, support and delivered cost matter as much as exterior presentation.
